Regular traffic is open across five bridges in Mariupol

In the new constituencies of the Russian Federation, major repairs of 20 bridges are scheduled for 2024, two of them in Mariupol. By the end of 2023, service traffic was launched across five bridges in this large industrial city of the Donetsk People's Republic.
They were literally rebuilt from the ground up. In particular, on a bridge across railway tracks, damaged beams of the superstructure were replaced, the leveling layer of the roadway slab was concreted, it was waterproofed and the lower and upper layers of asphalt concrete road surface were installed.
In 2024, it is planned to carry out works at this structure to lay tram tracks, install barrier and railing fencing, along with the improvement of the adjacent territory.
