The highway from Primorsk to Berdyansk has been repaired in compliance with national industry standards. Road workers of the Russian Highways State Company along with their contractors repaired 30 km of highway in Zaporozhye Region.
Approximately 150 thousand tons of asphalt concrete were laid. Culverts were renovated, more than 4 thousand linear meters of barrier fencing installed, and about 330 road signs mounted. Road workers have constructed 4 bus stop shelters within residential areas.
More than 70 workers and about 40 units of machinery are employed in restoring this section of the highway.
Spanning from Rostov Region to the border of Crimea, the road is part of the transit corridor along the Azov Sea coast. It provides transport accessibility to the resorts of Zaporozhye Region.
