To celebrate the Anniversary of the Russian Highways State Company, road users to receive double points for traveling down the M-11 Neva

Users of T-pass transponders will automatically be awarded double points under the Loyalty Program for riding along the toll sections of the M-11 Neva highway until 31 August 2024.
The campaign is timed to coincide with two important events — the birthday of the Russian Highways State Company that celebrates its 15th Anniversary in 2024, and the completion of construction and the official opening of the Tver Bypass down the M-11 Neva.
Drivers can use their points awarded as part of the promotion campaign all across the entire Russian Highways highway system.
